Shipping conditions
1. Processing time:
Orders are processed within 2 working days.
2. Delivery times :
- Germany: 1 to 2 working days
- Europe: 3 to 6 working days
- USA and Canada: 6 to 12 business days
3. Shipping costs :
The shipping costs are stated in our price information in the online shop and are displayed in the order form before the customer submits the order.
4. Delivery difficulties :
In case of delivery difficulties or if a product is no longer available, we will inform the customer immediately and refund any payments already made.
5. Transfer of risk :
In the case of a sale by dispatch, the risk of accidental loss and accidental deterioration of the item sold shall only pass to the customer upon delivery of the item or upon default of acceptance by the customer, provided that the customer is a consumer.
Return conditions

2. Return period :
Returns must be made within 30 days of receipt of the goods.
3. Condition of the goods :
Returned items must be new and unworn, in their original packaging and with the original tag. Items that have been worn or washed cannot be returned.
4. Return costs :
The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. Please enclose the completed delivery note or a piece of paper with your name, order number and, if applicable, the reason for the return.
5. Processing the return :
There is no separate confirmation of receipt when the returned goods are received. The processing time is usually 10 days and can be extended during major sales campaigns.
